Accessibility Over Complexity
Powerful automation should not require an engineering degree. We design for the operations manager, the analyst, and the team lead — not just the developer.
WebBridgeHub was founded on a simple premise: every web application already has a user interface — and that interface is the most universal integration point in existence.
In 2020, our founders were running operations at a mid-sized professional services firm. Their stack — like most teams' stacks — was a collection of best-in-class web tools that refused to talk to each other. They had no engineering resources, no API access, and no budget for enterprise middleware.
Rather than accept manual data re-entry as the norm, they asked a different question: what if we automated the browser itself? The result was the earliest version of WebBridgeHub — a proof of concept that moved data across three disconnected web tools in under a second, with no native integrations and no code.
Today, WebBridgeHub powers over 48 million workflow steps per month for more than 1,800 teams worldwide. The technology has grown, but the mission has not changed: make web integration accessible to every team, regardless of their technical resources.
Powerful automation should not require an engineering degree. We design for the operations manager, the analyst, and the team lead — not just the developer.
Every credential, every session, and every audit log is treated as sensitive. We build security into the architecture — not as an afterthought.
Our pricing is straightforward, our logs are complete, and our documentation explains exactly what WebBridgeHub is doing — and why — at every step.
WebBridgeHub is headquartered at 123 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94105. Our team of 60+ spans engineering, product, design, security, and customer success — united by a shared conviction that the browser is the most underutilized automation platform in the world.
We are always looking for people who want to work on genuinely hard problems in browser infrastructure, workflow design, and enterprise security. If that sounds like you, reach out at [email protected].
We spend time understanding the specific workflows teams are trying to automate. We ask about pain points, frequency, and the tools they're already using.
We design features that work across web applications without requiring native integrations. This means faster time-to-value and zero dependency on vendor roadmaps.
Every workflow is tested across multiple browsers, screen sizes, and network conditions. Our 99.97% uptime SLA is backed by years of infrastructure hardening.
Our customer success team monitors live executions, anticipates issues, and works hands-on with customers to scale their automations from dozens to millions of monthly steps.
